We always use clamp for RDs for our frames (Festka), but you could go with a screw as well I think.

Hello, it is more complicated, but let´s go into that! ;) As this front derailleur has the name "Wide" in its name, it should be combined with cranks with Wide (DUB) axle - SRAM only offers those cranks (I mean the Wide ones) with 43/30 gears, but you could switch the rings for larger ones - but for gravel - and the Wide marked components are meant to be used for gravel, SRAM only declares that combination as a fully compatible. It would work, we already made some builds with Wide FD and cranks (axle) with larger rings and it worked for some 99 %.

Wide derailleurs are for wide cranks and have a wide chainline. I don´t think it´s compatible with sram chainline 45mm cranks.

There is only one type of front derailleur. There are two types of rear derailleurs, corresponding to 33 and 36 teeth.
