Dual molded side panels combine with flexible 600 denier fabric to form a semi rigid, weather resistant trunkbag. Divided main compartment and side panels expand for extra storage capacity. Rear water bottle holder lets you carry more water on extended trips. Attaches with integrated straps. Pannier deployment requires a beam rack with side frames attached or a traditional rack with struts to prevent panniers from contacting rear wheel.

my last one of these was great,finally expiring due to a broken zip. It lasted years and was used very heavily. The Main compartment is a useful size for tools, spare tube, waterproofs and more. The drop ,down panniers are a useful extra. Its necessary to buy the waterproof cover as its not waterproof in heavy rain. The velcro fixings are secure and easy to use.
