Is this product a glued on true tubular tire, or an "open tubular" that clinches and needs a separate tube? If the former, great. If the latter, boo.

This is a true tubular tire, glue on.

It is a tubular, totally closed and is glued to the rim with special glue or tape for tubulars and the wheels must be for tubulars.
