For a height of 171 and 69kg, it is perfect in size S, for an athletic build. I use them for winter days with thermal leg warmers since I find them more comfortable than long culottes. And for medium distance outings it works quite well.

174 cm 60 kg, S size, perfect lace fit. The three-dimensional shape is also good and does not shift during the ride. The thickness of the pad is normal, but the surface is soft and long rides are fine. Cost performance is the best.

I ordered the Ale winter bibs in size medium. These are the second Ale winter bibs I’ve ordered this season. My previous ones were the Ale Solid Blend Winter Bibshorts. I liked the first pair so much, I decided to try another Ale line. Both are excellent and perform equally well. Extremely well insulated. Fit to size. I’ve used them to temperatures as cold as -15 Celsius and I was still perfectly warm. The fit is also very good including the grippers around the legs. Probably keep buying these as they are as good as winter bibs can get.
