... maybe I didn´t understand the question correctly, probably mistranslated, but I can say that I mounted a 28" wheel (RS 100 Shimano) and the front brake caliper (R 451 Shimano) without any problems and the pads touch the braking surface of the rim after the appropriate adjustments I hope I have been clear and helpful.

... yes correct as per the description of the product characteristics ... if necessary, by cutting the excess threaded part, it can be adapted to all bike sizes with 1 inch steerer tube ... the workmanship of the fork is very good and the decidedly competitive price compared to other similar products.

The measurement between the inside of the forks where the brake pads sit is 45mm. I would only assume a tyre no wider than 35 mm may work. Hope this helps Steve.
