Promising speed, comfort and years of faithful service thanks to its anatomically-correct shaping, heat moldable construction and upgraded 316 marine grade stainless steel cleat t-nuts, the Vaypor S continues to raise the standard of professional-level road cycling shoes.
Built to meet the rigours of the WorldTour and crafted for those who demand the finest, the all-new Vaypor S delivers the most biomechanically correct platform currently available.

- 100% carbon monocoque chassis utilising hand-laid unidirectional carbon and Bont Cycling´s proprietary heat molding technology.
- Durolite upper supported by an embedded anti-stretch fabric for a consistent fit across the lifetime of the shoes.
- Comfortable faux suede liner with lightweight padding.
- Industry-leading 3.6mm stack height (sole thickness) for a closer connection to the pedal, more rounded pedal strokes, improved stability and injury prevention.
- Frontal Air Vents for breathability in all-weather conditions.
- Innersole: EVA thermo-moldable with built-in inner padding.
- 316 marine grade stainless steel hardware for improved removal and replacement of cleat t-nuts and heel pads.

This is already my third pair of bont Vaypor s. These are the best road shoes in my opinion. Very light, rigid, good fixation of the foot and heel. The new boa li2 has finer adjustment than the previous ip1. Before sprinting, you can tighten the boa li2 hard and do it powerfully. size 42 corresponds to a leg of 360 mm.

What degree of rigidity does the sole have? It doesn´t appear anywhere...

Very stiff. The carbon sole is at least as stiff as my previous bontrager XXX race shoes. Also more torsionally stiff because of the cup-sole style.

In this store you will only find the "regular" size. To purchase Narrow and Wide sizes, only purchase directly from the official Bont website, when available in the desired size and model. It may take up to 8 weeks for these specifications to be available.

Could you tell me what is the width model of the Vaypor S li2? It doesn´t put it anywhere in the shoe´s description, and I know that there are 4 types of width: narrow, standard, wide, double wide. Thank you very much in advance! George.

Hello Jorge, how are you? The sale model here on the site is the standard one in almost all online stores. If it was wide or narrow, I would put it in the features. You can only buy the other widths directly from the Bont website, where a wider range is available.

All the ones sold on the site seem to me to be the standard from bont Cycling. If you specifically need other width patterns, ASian, Wide or Double Wide, I suggest buying directly from them on the official website or in a physical store.
