Yes, the rear mech is the same for both caliper or hydraulic disk brake group sets.

It is compatible with the right shifter/brake levers. All Campagnolo parts have a stamp on them, in this case FG, which means it is compatible with all other parts with an FG, F or G stamp on them.

Yes, but a change of sprockets has nothing to do with a braking system, whether hydraulic or bridge.

Can you tell me if you have the reference change in 11 speeds? Would 12V be compatible, or would the chain jump???

There is no indexing in the rear derailleur, so a 12 speed rear will work very well with an 11 speed lever, this is exactly my setup. All the indexing happens in the lever, so set your inner and outer limit screws and index as per usual. This is a very good product, medium cage , so up to 34 teeth and smooth as!! love it.

The setting is not compatible, it would never give you like the 11 v, but there is no such model, you can opt for another one from Campagnolo
