I got this to replace a 0 Veloflex that myteriously disintegrated. It only inflates to 7 bar, unlike the Veloflex which can inflate to 10 bar, but that's all I really need.

This tire is tubular and comes with a sewn-in tube and needs to be glued to the wheel, or is it a normal tire, did they just get the description wrong and put it tubular?
