It is a thick tape, with a very good touch. I have a cork-colored one for gravel, and now months later I have ended up buying another one for the road because I am very happy. On the bottom there is no glue, but a transparent silicone thread (or something like that).

How thick is the tape? It´s for a gravel bike so I´m looking for good cushioning.

Hello good. The tape in its central part measures 3 mm. I ride a road bike along the Arrayan path, which is in such poor condition that we come across cyclists with mountain bikes, they are astonished. I have to ride on the flat because due to an injury I can´t climb hills and on the other hand that road has almost no traffic. The tape cushions well but I also wear gloves and I change my position. It is a matter of trying it and when assembling it, do not press too much or too little. If you tighten the tape a lot, it will lose great cushioning capacity. Greetings
