Hello, the garment is given for children but the sizes indicated are for adults. Can we rely on the "men´s wear" size guide for this product? Sincerely

Yes, the size specification is indeed confusing. These are effectively children´s sizes. The "Children´s L" corresponds to the better known children´s size 134/140. Unfortunately, I got confused too - so I´m getting in touch. Hope the answer helps.
