Does this inclue the computer mount? And is it compatible with colnago v3rs steerer tube?

We bought deda alanera, it is compatible to be installed with V3Rs steerer tube. Included accessories are aero topcap, headset spacers and topcover for headtube 56mm & 46mm, Garmin® bike mount for 500&800 series

Yes it does include the computer mount, but it is for the small screen computers, if you have one of the larger screen computers like the Garmin 1030 then you need to buy the extend mount separarately. These can be found from various sources online. Yes, this handlebar will work with a V3RS, I had it setup on my V3RS. You need the headset spacer "wedge" that should come with the frame , Colnago should provide this.
