After a big shock my crank twisted I bought this model adapted to the electric bike it is perfect I am very happy with my purchase be careful if you want to assemble it yourself you need a special tool

for e bike aspect e ride 910 COMPATIBLE? are 2 pieces L + R?

They are two L and R cranks. For ride 910 I don´t know if it is compatible because I used it for trek rail.
Do they fit bosch gen 4 cx and reduce the q factor? currently the originals are at 180-185 i would need less
