I have used the Elites before and I like them better than the Zefal ones, which are longer. These have a perfect size for the foot and do not hit the front wheel in most cases when making turns, like the Zefal.. Unbreakable hard plastic and they do not open when forced... I have them on all my bikes. Regards, Pedro G.

Good product easy to assemble and resistant material however it is a bit short despite having a small foot for the right positioning of the foot I had to create an extension of about one cm ... now it's perfect

I was already using a similar product from another store and as far as I know there are only two stores selling this on the market. What I had before hurt my feet because the toe of my sneaker stuck through the large opening in the middle. After assembling this I was impressed because they are much better for their rigidity and comfort. It even looks like I have snap-on pedals. Very good indeed.

Very short hard plastic toe cap. Makes the foot not as far forward as the other pedal dropouts. In short, the foot is positioned as if you were with automatic MTB pedals. Excellent buy. I am very satisfied.
Superior Toe Cups

These are superior to any other pedal toe cups I have found (i.e. plastic Zefal or steel MKS) because they position the axle of the pedal directly under the front ball of the foot for the perfect (and correct) position for power transfer. All other types position the foot too far forward so the centre of the pedal is under the middle of the foot. I first bought these toe cups in the mid-90s (through Halfords in England) but I think this is the only company I know supplying them currently. I much prefer these to the old style full strap and clip or SPDs. And they last forever.

Are they compatible with pedals with holes for reflectors; and do they come with screws to fix them?

Yes perfectly. The toenail is attached to the same holes.

If they are compatible, you will have to remove a reflector and screw the toe caps with the screws they come with, although I changed them for the same ones, but they are made of stainless steel, they are very practical and help you pedal more correctly.
