This product includes everything needed to achieve a successful fit, less patience. Yes, it takes patience to practice until you get the best measure for each one, since fitting, in my view, is not an exact science and depends a lot on how you feel on the bike. In my case, I fit a Wahoo Kickr Bike and there was a substantial change in all parameters, something that should happen gradually, but in my case, it fit well and the body adapted quickly. If before I felt discomfort in doing 1h30 of endurance, now I arrive at 3h. So I highly recommend this product.
