High quality, easy to install. Highly recommended if you need to space your pedals out further. My heels used to hit the chain stays occasionally, this easily solved that problem.

In order to use these extenders you need pedals that can be tightened with i.e a 15mm wrench from the outside. Seeing that the extenders are not hollow you are not able to access the inside for tighting with a hex key.
