I would like to know if the pumping element just needs to transfer the lever or if other pieces are needed.

The lever body is empty, it only has the diaphragm and its cap. I have to transfer all the caps, pumping element and lever with its pins and dust seal. The only delicate thing is the seeger. After three or 4 times that I opened it, it broke and I had to buy a kit with seeger, washer pin and dust cover
