there's an area right below the screw head with wider diameter compared to the outer diameter of screw thread. Unlike many other rotor bolts on the market (even with the similar construction from some of the major brands) Formula screws sit tightly into the rotor. This is extremely beneficial for those who switching their rotors between the different wheels and don't want wait for the rotor and the pads to bed in again, because of slight shift in rotor position.
