Fsa BSA Mega Exo BB1000 was stock for my GT Avalanche 1.0. Passed about 8000 km, never serviced! (I was lazy). Shimano exploited, did not like it. When it came time for a replacement, I bought the FSA without hesitation.

Should I use this or the MegaExoBB4000 for my CK4000 Bottom Bracket both are compatible with a 19 mm spindle and are 68 mm in width.

BB4000, both ‘compatible’ but you’ll find you can’t torque the 1000 correctly with the road crank
