This adapter would serve to put ultegra cranks in a bb30 frame? And they are mounted directly on the frame or on the bearings that I have mounted on my frame or these adapters already come with their bearings
Hello, the Shimano cranks come with the Hollowtech II system so they will fit on it. They have to on your actual BB. Regards.
