I think you are confusing the measurements: 140mm refers to the diameter of the brake disc. This advertisement refers to brake pads, which will work together to brake the bicycle. If your current system is Shimano´s Road system, either Ultegra or Dura Ace, these pads are compatible in any dry or wet weather condition.
