Great knee pads, don’t slide down at all and you hardly know your wearing them! If your in between sizes I’d size up though..

Seondo me are one of the best products in the category, very sturdy but comfortable padding on the knee, and then the comfort of the zip makes the difference. They fit right according to the ION chart.
