Sure, but depend of your rear derailleur you may also need a monkey link, so that the upper roller is at the right distance from the teeth. I needed it for the 6770 rear derailleur.

Yes compatible with rd6800 derailleur. It is almost the same weight as the shimano. There is no need to lengthen the chain. There is no assembly guide.

I don´t think it is compatible with an Ultegra 6770, since it is specified for an Ultegra 6800. The width of the pulleys as well as the number of teeth for an 11 speed are different compared to a 10 speed since the 11-speed chain is thinner than a 10. A 10-speed chain may have play on the rollers. However, this product is sold with the fixing screw.
