I have been using this bottom bracket adaptor for many years on my BB30 bike and only now have bought a new one to replace it. Easy to install and remove, doesn't need any special tools, doesn't creak if you lube it properly. Bearings seem to last for ever. Only downside is that the plastic water seals are quite fragile and break easily. You do get a spare set in the box.
