Product as described. Lightweight but hopefully waterproof fabric. Sufficient capacity but not excessive. The support that wraps around the bag has the greatest weight.

It holds well on the handlebars and is stable even on descents with rocks. Big enough and I manage to fit inside it a 1P tent, inflated sleeping-mat, 1.5 pot for food. and you can attach more gear if need in the outside of it

The bag is fine, I have packed some beach shorts, 2 t-shirts, shorts, sweatpants, 3 pairs of socks, 3 underpants and a thin jacket, all perfect, I still miss an air valve and compress more, I still need to try it on the bike to see if it moves a lot.

Does it fit inside a 37cm road handlebar? What are the exact measurements?

It measures approximately 60x25 cm, I put my sleeping bag in it so I compress it better, in your handlebar it will protrude 10cm on each side
