Previously I had adapters made entirely of plastic. The two locking points were worn out and no longer locked well. The assembly of the M-Wave Transformer SPD pedals is a little more complicated, but since the locking lugs are made of metal, I don't have to worry that the pedals will wear out at some point due to repeated changes. The adapters sit firmly and do not wobble. I love it.

They are mounted more or less easily depending on the pedals but they remain perfectly clipped. The plus is the steel clips.

This is all you need to change SPD pedals to pedals for normal shoes. I do not plan to use it often, but for this price it is a great thing to have on hand if you have double sided SPD pedals.

I don´t know but for my HT leopard m1 pedals I removed the supplied cleats and mounted the HT ones. Perfect.. changing the cleat in case I think they are compatible with all MTB ones.

I bought the Shimano adapter but it is not compatible with my m430 pedals due to the platform around the clips. This adapter looks different, higher, so I hope the shape of the pedal won't get in the way. Could you confirm ? Thanks. Cordially.
