At first I thought it was a scam because of the price but then i ordered it and the brake came within two weeks as the estimate said. Was happy with results as the brake was pretty powerful on an e-mtb. Brake comes pre-bled with no disc.

Replaced my SRAM Code R brake sets with the Magura MT5-Estop front and back. Installed this on my 2022 YT Decoy Core 3 MX. I also replaced the Sram rotors to Magura MDR-P 203F/220R. What a big difference in stopping.

Are they compatible with Galfer Wave 220/203 discs?

The type and brand name of the particular disc are irrelevant. The diameter does matter for compatibility with any breaks. The adapter adjusts the break´s position to the actual diameter of the rotor. This set doesn´t have an adapter which means it´s ready for 160mm rotors. In your case an adapter for your diameter is necessary. So, find it on the market and enjoy your ride.

Hello, yes they are compatible, but it is recommended to use the “MAGURA” discs for better use and perfect braking!

This model does not come with the sensor cable. Incredible brake but the newer version of the mt5 does have a 2 pin sensor (red cable). You will most likely need a 2pin to 3pin conversion cable for your bus cable connection. You can’t beat Magura brakes.

Hello, it seems this has been asked before but there are conflicting answers. It says these are the e-stop brakes which I think are supposed to come with the e-bike connector for automatic cut off of the motor. Can you please confirm this is included? Would I need to purchase anything else if I want to install these on my e-bike?

It doesn't have any additional connector. Don't think you need a connector. Breaks work great. Would need to get 2701592 Magura CMe ABS brake light switch apart, for example.

Yes you can . But you need to find out about open / close end switch for 5E its simply but you need to contact someone who is knowledgeable . My set comes with only the brakes . I´m at catacon1@netzero.net. I´m in NY . And check out miles professional brake pads . The have magura mt5 pacific . .95
