The lever in this case is made of aluminum which gives it a great addition in quality. I thought it was great that it comes with more accessories to be able to adjust perfectly to the bike. They have a low weight and very good power and regulation. I recommend them.

If your bike came with disc brakes, you might not need an adaptor. It depends on the type of mount you bike has and the size your rotors. Look up the style of disc brake mount you have on your frame and fork, then measure the diameter of your rotors. This will give you the information that you need to choose an adapter if needed

I have a bike with 26 wheels. will I need to buy another rotor for these brakes? Will I need to cut the tube since I have a 26 wheel bike? What is the cost and how to find them on this site brake pads for these brakes? thank you

Your wheel size shouldn´t matter. What matters is if you have mounting points on your frame and fork that can accept the brakes. The size of the rotor is determined by this, so if you already had disc brakes on the bike no change will be required.

Hi, good day. I´m interested in these brakes. I have a xtc 2 bike, with Shimano m410 brakes, they are compatible with these Magura only to make changes or I need adapters or I can use the same ones from the shimano m410.

Hi you get everything you need to fit these 2-one finger brake levers, hoses olives and needles if you have to cut the hose length down and a front 4pot brake and rear 2pot brake so you just swap everything over! took me about 20-30 minutes with running the rear hose though the frame hope this helps

It does come with 4 piston front and a 2 piston back with hoses and spare olives and hose needles if you need to cut to make hoses shorter and 2 one finger levers! hope this helps

Hi there!! No, it doesn´t come with any of that since it´s not a kit, it´s just calipers with their pickups, a ready-made cable (which has a fairly universal size) and their corresponding levers with the pumps. All the best!

Hi, well the nice things about Magura brakes are that you can flip flop them and use whichever one on either side but the larger, dual piston caliper does go towards the back, but you can use it on the right or left side of the handlebar because it's absolutely identical either way. They recommend Magura rotors, but I´m running a 160mm Hayes rotor in the back and 180mm Magura in the front. You could use a bigger rotor with an adapter, and I don´t think the brand matters much.

It is a complete set, front and rear. 2 levers, 2 calipers, 2 hoses. I´m not sure of the exact length of the hoses, but they are long enough for any bike and will most likely need to be trimmed down. Instructions are included and installation was easy. Hope that helps.
