The Scorpion™ XC RC is designed for the racer who seeks the best performance in all racing conditions while pushing beyond their limits.
The Scorpion™ XC RC tread pattern has been designed together with XCO World Cup athletes: low profile, thick central knobs offer minimal rolling resistance while higher lateral knobs allow fast cornering control. A tread design with no compromises.
SmartGRIP Compound is an advanced compound developed using motorsport experience. The single compound provides constant high grip performance both in wet and dry conditions, even when the tread starts to wear.
ProWALL sidewall reinforcement technology increases puncture protection and improves handling at low pressures. An additional layer of Nylon fabric is applied over the casing sidewalls for extra protection and improved cornering stability.

This tire grips well on dry terrain. I only mount it behind the front wheel and mount the Trail version of this model.

the size is what you choose up there at the top of the ad. If you choose 2.40 you will get what you chose.

I bought 2 of these tyres & they were XC Lite not Prowall. These are good tyres but disappointing that Bike Inn could not show the listing with the correct photo. I would have preferred the Prowall version, but have had no problems or punctures with the Lite version
