I bought it in the physical store, the product is profile design, it's in good condition, it's the second pair I've bought, this is 50mm.

Same excellent quality form Profile Design. good machining and finishing. My only gripe is with BikeInn packaging: the small product pack in cardboard, came into a much bigger box from BikeInn which was covered in a huge plastic bag from the freight forwarded... surely there is a more sustainable way of sending this pack!

Good afternoon. I want the spacers to put on the elbow support. The handlebar is a Profile Design “Svet zero”. It is compatible?

Looking at your base bar its looks completely fine to use profile aero bars and spacers to raise pads up. Just use the base bar recommended NM torque settings when putting on aero bars.
