Hello, I wanted to know if they simply come with belcro, or how they are placed?

They come with adhesive-backed Velcro that sticks to your profile design elbow rests. So you remove the original Velcro from the aluminium elbow rests, clean with alcohol wipe (included), apply the new Velcro (and wait) and then you can position the pads on top (they stick to the Velcro).
