Can the jumper clamps be placed on the aerobar tube not through the clamp hole (pushing), but on the side of the tube, spreading the clamp? The meaning of the question is the possibility of installing a jumper on an aerobar with closed non-removable horns.

yes it is possible, the collars can be installed on a closed extension because the branches of the collar open to allow passage around the branch of the extension. Not easy to explain, but the answer is YES!

Technically how does it mount on the Carbon Extension bar profile designe? And how does it apply on top of the Garmin Edge 1030 plus?

You have to pass over each extension of the extension, then tighten to prevent it from moving, and nothing will move. Afterwards, just install the meter support on the bridge, the support provided by garmin to go on a hanger or a stem

This is for mounting on cylindrical triathlon horns. The Garmin has an adapter to anchor with the rubbers to the center of the adapter, it is very fixed and does not move at all

yes this bridge allows to have a round part like the hanger to install the support + rubber bands between the arms of the extension
Will it work for Speedmax and Edge 1030?

This works with the Garmin mount without any problem, and fits on both my tri bikes (new Speed Concept and previous one) which had very different front ends so I can´t imagine it wouldn´t work on a speedmax. It´s not perfect on the SC because the bar extensions aren´t round but I let it soak in hot water then put it on and it was fine. Just check the width as there are two different width options, and each comes with two adjustable brackets for different lengths.
