Very good value for money. I changed the rear Hayes V7 180mm rotor to a Reverse 203mm with the same Shimano Deore M6120 brake, the increase in braking power was immediately noticeable. I am really positively surprised and satisfied with this product, so I bought an extra one as a spare.
