The PowerFit System means that the ZY fits snugly to the nape of the neck. - High-end co-molding technology that gives helmets superiori light weight and strenght. The exclusive manufacturing process enables the thermoformed polycarbonate shell to be comolded to the EPS line.
- Carbon fiber inserts for enhanced strength and impact protection.
- The co-molded polycarbonate guarantees enhanced mechanical strength in the event of impact. It makes the helmet less susceptible to the abrasions caused by wear and tear.
- Reinforcing frame co-moled inside the polystyrene that ensures superior mechanical strength, preventing the helmet from breaking into multiple pieces during violent impacts.
