Hello, I have a Trek Rai 9.7, and my stock shock absorber is not Trunion. Can you put this Trunion on it? Thank you.

The shock will fit though you will need different mounting bolts which your Trek dealer should be easily able to get.

Hello, yes the damper fits without any problems, I also installed it in my Rail 7, but be careful, the fastening material has to be purchased separately and is not included (4 special screws). Ev. Buy from your local Trek dealer as the length must be exactly right.

Yes, there are threads at the top and bottom of the damper. Depending on which damper was originally installed, the screws can be reused
