Probably the best value for money set of SLR brake levers on the market. Feels sturdy in the hand. Internal routing well thought out and constructed. Hood´s look very neat. Lever itself is very attractive looking.
Half the price of Shimano BLR400 levers and similar quality.
Slight confusion is that there are two slightly different versions of the lever on Bikeinn. A couple euros price difference, I can´t quite make out difference.

These new SACCON brake levers are of excellent quality, really well made for their low price (the price indicated is for the pair !). They are very ergonomic, requiring minimal hand effort to brake, especially if mounted with a professional high-slideness Teflon sheath for the cable (obviously not supplied). They are perfectly compatible with Campagnolo Veloce calipers and ALL brakes even NOT equipped with quick release, as the "pawl" allows a considerable opening of the lever, and therefore of the caliper, to extract the wheel. Strongly recommended.
