I am not a big fan of this brand in cycling clothing, I recently bought a Jersey and I am indebted, regarding quality and durability. I really liked the materials of these shorts, it is comfortable without being very comfortable like other brands. I recommend it for distances less than 100 k, after that, if you suffer a little in comfort. Buy the size you usually wear, it fits very well. I measure 1.70 and weigh 76 k. Size M.
