I do not put the 5 stars because in case of wet the rear skates with chain dirt and gravel were worn out in just one lap. On dry everything ok.

I have tried many materials and in the end I think this is the best quality/price option in aluminum rims. They last a long time, the braking is progressive and they work well in all circumstances (cold, heat, humidity...)

Shimano R55C4. Very fast delivery. Brake pads compatible with a Brompton bought in 2008. I know it is still compatible until much later models, I think until 2016, but I can not guarantee.
