Very good and original product, the store is to be congratulated! The order was delivered in 40 days and on time, but I was upset to be taxed at R 218 + shipping, which made the product too expensive. No doubt, the best bang for buck Shimano derailleur for MTB. Smooth shifting throughout all gears when combined with Shimano Deore HG50 10-speed cassette. The clutch system held well in maintaining chain tension. The only drawback is, was expecting this item to arrive sooner to aid my group ride.
