These cycling shoes are made with a novel rubber Michelin outsole for greater traction and resistance to wear and a midsole of reinforced nylon with glass fiber and Torbal technology that prevents torsion of the foot, giving you greater stability and lightness.
The upper has synthetic leather that is very durable, and perforations promote ventilation. These enduro shoes come with a Speed lacing system with a plastic buckle with reverse lock to hold the foot firmly.

Excellent quality, fit and functionality. This is my fourth pair of Shimano contact boots. I´ma girl, I have a narrow foot and the previous versions of Velcro did not sit very securely. Model ME7 thanks to the well-thought-out adjustment of the village like a glove! The sole stiffness index according to the manufacturer´s table is 8. And this is quite enough for a good transfer of effort during training, as well as for comfortable walking in the mountains. Very pleased with the grip of the sole with a loose and slippery surface. As well as reliable toe protection, which is very important when riding trail riding, because in softer trail shoes I already injured my pinky on a stone once!

Great shoes, Shimano quality. Arrive in perfect condition. I have been using them for months now and I feel great. I had never bought Shimano shoes and for the size I referred to the tables on the manufacturer's website and to the measure in cm, of my feet: they fit perfectly, that is right-right with a thin sock: for those who want a little margin and greater comfort may be convenient to take the next size, but I believe that for cycling - unlike running - there is a need to have the foot firmly inside the shoes.
