Shimano MT5 MTB Shoes have the resistant and greater energy transmission materials so you can drive the mountains with your bicycle or walking because its outsole adheres to the pedal and the surface, thanks to its design inspired by trail running.
These mountain biking shoes are made with a rubber outsole that grips to the pedal with firmness and EVA and reinforced nylon with fiberglass midsole that cushions shocks and provides stability. Besides, the SPD system increases balance and reinforces power transmission and control of driving.
The upper has a breathable mesh and TPU coating for greater breathability, durability, and resistance to wear. These mountain shoes come with a fast lacing system and Velcro strap for a custom fit, a protective toe cap, and a drag strip.

Perfect quality, comfortable, size must be +1 as usual for Shimano shoes. Not very good for walking but not so bad as others.

Excellent MTB shoe. I use it with non-SPD pedals and they have an excellent grip on the normal pedal and it is comfortable, like an approach shoe in the mountains, on foot.

fine shoes, comfortable and clip in well. the problem is the size - I'm usually 42.5 in most brands. I ordered 43, and it's still a bit small. I recommend to order at least one size more than you're used to.

Excellent product, great fit. Unfortunately delivery was longer than I had hoped. Missed much of the perfect spring biking weather. Long wait could be due to the COVID-19 pandemic and/or product being sent from the Netherlands to the U.S.

Usually wear 9.5 US size shoe - bought 44. Excellent fit, great shoelace tightening design - no messy shoelaces and perfect adjuster. Wish it had boa adjusters but can live with velcro. Great price. My first SPD shoes - love that i can walk line a normal person now! My road cycling SPD-SL shoes are impossible to walk in.

Shimano MT5 very comfortable on the foot and with the practical system of tying and covering with the velcro prevents the shoelace from tangling during pedaling. It also has a very nice and beautiful design. I recommend!
