Good morning, I have a bike mounted with this group (Dura-ace 9120) and I can confirm that the left lever acts on the front derailleur (2 speeds), while the right lever acts on the rear derailleur (11 speeds)

1) Is the Hydraulic Disc brake caliper included Or is it just the brake lever + Shifter? 2) on the product description there is “EU” listed. Is this different from Asian version?

You don’t get the brake caliper. And - it’s better to get the 9200 calipers - the increased space makes quite a big improvement.
