They are the original XT, I used them to replace the XTR because it is not worth paying more for them. The one that T-Pulley puts is the tension one (the one below) and the arrow rotates clockwise. The one that G-Pulley puts is the guide (the one on top) and the arrow is counterclockwise. The rollers have lasted a year due to wear.
