I have installed it and it came out only once, it shows more braking, but I have to try it in more work situations, to check if it heats up or not, which was the reason for the change since the original one, apart from bending, became a full beam and did not brake, it bounced, that is, it braked like jumps. This is a good disc, it is a little wider and it brakes well. Let's let it work in hot conditions.

if you've ever had trouble with your rotors warping a bit during every ride, these ones will eliminate that "feature" for good. they dissipate heat so well that they are able to maintain their trueness throughout even the longest downhills. i cannot recommend these enough, especially after having ,ridden lesser quality rotors.

If it´s center lock, it´s fine

If you have a center lock hub it is compatible and the quality of this disc is certainly much superior to the SM-RT30. But on an MT 401 system you end up having the disc that costs more than the entire system. Decide for yourself if it makes sense.

Does it make a difference? I have a road bike with BR-R8170 ultegra calipers does the XT MT800 rotors will work or I better buy the RT MT800 which are 20$cad more expensive...

The MT-800s have a very similar design to the duraces, but are mounted on top gravel and MTBs. I can´t tell you if they´re "better" but they´re certainly no different.
