I was not familiar with the Siroko brand but wanted to try something different, it doesn't always have to be Gore. The finish of this cardigan is very good, the sizes are normal and it does what it should do. Have worn them a few times now at 10° C and a strong northerly wind and I really like the feel. Of course I can't say anything about the durability yet, but I think this will be better than expected. In a word, highly recommended.
