The titanium-railed, lightweight Romin EVO Comp Gel is a road saddle contoured to put you in a position for optimal power transfer and comfort as you put pressure on your competition. Its supportive foam and gel inserts increase comfort, even in a competitive, aerodynamic position, while the Body Geometry channel is designed to maximize blood flow while riding. And if you´re torn between this and the Expert, they mainly differ at the rails. The Comp features durable Cr-Mo rails, while the Expert has lighter titanium.

I am very satisfied with this Romin saddle from Specialized, it is very comfortable even after several hours in the saddle. The seat is very pleasant, very good stability, the foam on the back and front is very well designed, no compression of the perineum, the fact that it is open on the front reinforces this feeling even more. An important point, this saddle exists in four widths 130, 143, 155, 168, it is according to the width between your 2 sit bones (the 2 pointed bones at the level of your buttocks on which you are resting on your saddle) that you must choose the right width. Your approved Specialized bicycle dealer can carry out this measurement or you can also carry out this measurement by, for example, using thick cardboard: For competition seat bones width between 70 and 100 take a 130; width between 100 and 130 take a 143, between 130 and 160 take a 143 and beyond take a 155.

The Romin Evo expert saddle measures 270 m/m. The Romin evo comp gel saddle measures 250 m/m. The gap comes from the shorter saddle nose. These two saddles have a common width of 143 m/m.
