I have it mounted on my gravel bike, so far it´s going well and I haven´t had a puncture, but I only ride the road and some short stretches of good track.

This is not the right air chamber for you. This chamber has a tire thickness limited to 20-28mm or 30-38mm, so it will be bad for your type of tire which is 2.35cm. You need a wider tire tube, MTB type, for your bike. The valve size is correct 48mm, but not the specific width for your tire.
