Product is awesome. I have bought numerous things from this site over the years due to the significant cost savings or availability of items I have been looking for. For this latest product there was some communication issues with time of delivery. It took longer than expected and one of the customer services people I dealt with did not provide the right information back. If only they could figure out better delivery timing and communication back to customers, I would have given them a 5 out 5. This company provides great products and great prices. Just needs to improve their customer service… I will definitely continue to purchase from them. Just not expect fast delivery until they figure that issue out…
