Works fine, construction could be a bit more sturdy. While fitting in the handle bar the thing exploded apart and I needed to figure it out how to make it one piece again. Did it, seems to be ok. Time will tell. It does it job. Replaced a "vintage" old lever.

Hello, I would like to know if the product comes with the cables or not. I also need to know if the 3s black model is for the left hand 3 chainring front derailleur and the 6s black model is for the right hand 6 sprocket rear derailleur on a mountain bike.

Hello, 7 s means 7 speed, that is 7 speeds. This is the right bike handle controlling the rear sprocket. 3 s is the left handle of the bike and controls the change of the 3 front chainrings of the crankset. These are reliable and very affordable handles in terms of price. The finish of the plastics is of course inferior to the high-end handles, but much more expensive.

Yes, the measurement is 22.2 mm, the standard for "handlebars". I don´t know measurements of 22.4 so it should be the same measurement
