Hi can you please tell me if this headset comes with the race that goes on the forks, that then go through the headtube to fasten to frame.. its the race that allows the forks to turn.. if I am right you can confirm I would be very grateful. Yes. Comes with the complete set. The piece you are referring to can be seen in the second photo of the ad, at the bottom right. The track is made of steel with a black surface treatment.
