Patience and technique prevail...

These dont install fast, but if you have a puff and take your time at it you can prevail! *If possible leave one tire wall touching the side of the rim when you remove the existing tube for install. 'Easy way' was insert ,the armour into the tire all around. Then tuck in the 'inside' lip of the armour wall into the rim. Install the tube valve, then tuck in the tube all around (a new tube is probably best, a touch smaller even better) ensuring a smooth flat install. Tuck in the 'outside' lip of the armour wall into the rim. Mount second side of tire onto the rim. Pressurize to 30 for seating POPS, ensure beads are set well, then go to pressure needed. I put the armour under the Schwalbe Super Moto X to 50psi and these things feel solid. Hopefully I never have another flat thanks to this product!! Time will tell...
